Online Application Guide

Please read through the AIMUN 2023 Online Application Guide before entering the application stage.

Before registration and application, please kindly read the “Application Information” in the AIMUN 2023 Invitation Letter.

The Head Delegate should complete and submit the application on behalf of all team members before 28 February 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8). Individual Delegates should submit the application before 28 February 2023, 23:59 (GMT+8).

Registration and Application Procedure

First Step

Head Delegates and Individual Delegates (“Applicants”) should access AIMUN official website (http://pkuaimun.com/), and click “Login” on the home page to register an account. Peking University Applicants do not need to register an account.

Second Step

Upon registration, please click the “Apply Now” button to access the application page. Then enter respective section of application according to your identity.

Third Step

Delegation Application:
The Head Delegate should submit the “Head Delegate Information Collection” form, and join the Head Delegates WeChat Group via the QR code provided on the confirmation page.
Upon the submission of Information Collection, the Head Delegate should submit the application forms on behalf of all members and himself/herself through “Delegation Application”. If there are multiple applicants, please access relevant links to add applications upon completion of the former one.
Note: The application of a Delegation should be completed by the designated Head Delegate. The members should not submit the forms by themselves.

Individual Application:
Individual applicant does not need to submit the Information Collection. Please directly apply through “Individual Application”, and join the Individual Applicants WeChat Group via the QR code provided on the confirmation page.

Peking University Applicants:
Peking University applicant does not need to submit the Information Collection. Please directly apply through “Peking University Delegate Application”, and join the PKU Delegates WeChat Group via the QR code provided on the confirmation page.

Fourth Step

The confirmation on the information will be updated on the Applicants’ Profile page upon the submission of application form. If the Applicants need to update the information, please submit a new application form before the deadline.
