Introduction to Committee:

The Main Press Center (MPC) assembles all the journalists from news agencies all over the world. MPC is given a unique opportunity to influence the course of the conference as they represent public opinion. In addition to the conference venue, the news media are another battleground. While reflecting upon the process of the meeting, journalists can convey the public’s opinion and emotions, and even drive the direction of the conference. Here, through press conferences and a variety of press releases, journalists develop close relationships with the delegates and work to contribute to the conference’s fruitful and significant outcomes.
